A complete edible oil refining process :

The crude oil squeezed out by the oil press contains free fatty acids, phospholipids, pigments, mucus and other substances. These substances affect the quality of oil, so they are refined to the standard of edible oil. The main equipment for refining crude oil is refining tanks, washing tanks, vacuum dehydration tanks , bleaching tank, deodorization tank.

From the pretreatment of raw materials, to pressing, to refining, and finally to filling, it is a continuous fully automatic production equipment. Made of 304 stainless steel, it can not only allow users to pass the environmental impact assessment, but also greatly improve the oil quality level and speed up the refining speed.

The process of crude oil refining is relatively simple. First, it is semi-continuous degumming. The degumming process is as follows: pre-pressed crude oil–pump–centrifugal mixing–static mixing–oil refining pot–pump–heater–continuous vacuum dehydration–pump–degummed finished oil. The process after degumming is decolorization. The decolorization tower is mechanically stirred. The decolorization temperature is controlled at about 110 degrees, which should not be too high. The material stays in the tower for 20–30 minutes. The amount of white clay added is 1.5%–2.6% (oil quality).

The deodorization process is continuous . Since the deacidification of physical refining is completed in the deodorization process, in addition to the production conditions of high temperature and high vacuum, the rationality of the deodorization tower structure design is the key to the deodorization effect. In the deodorization process of our equipment, the deodorization tower is a tray structure with seven layers. Six of the layers are working layers, which have heat transfer oil heating coils to maintain the temperature required for deacidification and deodorization.

1*– Degumming: To remove the gum impurities, and prepare for the subsequent refining processes.

2*– Deacidfying: To remove the free fatty acid in the crude oil.

3*– Decoloring: To remove the pigment in the crude oil by adding active clay, so that can improve the oil quality.

4*– Deodorizing: To remove the odor in the oil, so that can improve the flavor, stability, color and quality of the oil.

5*– Dewaxing: To renmove the wax in the oil and improve the quality of the oil.
